Shipping policy

We offer three options for delivery. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above MVR 5,000 within the Greater Male' Region

Standard Shipping

Order online for any amount below MVR 5,000 and get it delivered to your doorstep for a fixed charge of MVR100 regardless of location within the Greater Male' Region

In-store Pickup

Buyer's can pick up goods at their convenience. Items can be stored free of charge for a maximum of 15 days. After which a storage fee of MVR 100 is charged for each subsequent 15 day period. 

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the delivery address provided is correct. In the case where a Buyer submits an non-existent address, or provides an incorrect address or fails to collect their order, this shall not cause any further liability to us.

In the case where the Buyer is unresponsive, the items will be kept in storage and you will receive notification of the failed delivery. It is buyers responsibility to pay any onward shipping costs and storage fees to have the parcel resent or sent to the corrected address.
