Refund policy

We offer refunds on purchases if informed within 7 days from purchase. A refund is accepted if an item is returned in the condition it was delivered or if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect prior to it being used.

However, refunds will not be issued for any item which is sold after being cut to length or a specified size.
